Shipping Policy
Merchandise is expected to ship within 48 hours of order, if ordered Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, shipping will occur within 48 hours of the next business day. As soon as the shipping label is created, we will provide (email) you the tracking number and a link to track your package.
Our First Class shipping takes 2-5 business days within the continental United States.
Please make sure that you provide the correct address that can be verified and reached by postal services, if you do not receive the package due to wrong or unclear shipping address, we do not refund the order. (in such case we would provide proof of shipping if needed by customer).
15 Day Return Policy
We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers. You may return the order for any reason within fifteen (15) days of your purchase and we will refund the whole amount back to the credit card used on the day of purchase. If you return a partial amount of merchandise, you will still receive a refund accordingly based on the total purchase price as long as it did not damaged.
Please note That the refund for the returned packages will take place as soon as we receive the package.
