• United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
• Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
• Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://qoffood.com/policies and rules
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Shipping Policy

Merchandise is expected to ship within 48 hours of order, if ordered Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, shipping will occur within 48 hours of the next business day. As soon as the shipping label is created, we will provide (email) you the tracking number and a link to track your package.

Our First Class shipping takes 2-5 business days within the continental United States.

Please make sure that you provide the correct address that can be verified and reached by postal services, if you do not receive the package due to wrong or unclear shipping address, we do not refund the order. (in such case we would provide proof of shipping if needed by customer).

Delivery Policy

We deliver our products to all countries and mainly UAE.Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 7-14 working days and from 10 to 30 working days to other countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 19 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details .

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

10 Day Return Policy

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers. You may return the order within ten (10) days of your purchase and we will refund the whole amount back to the credit card used on the day of purchase.

Package Orders

You may return the packaged product purchased from our online shop, for any reason under the following circumstances:

• Number of days to return the received product:
  • UAE orders: 5 days
  • Global orders: 10 days
• The packaging should not be opened nor damaged.
• The receipt of the purchase most be provided

Wholesale Orders

You may return a bulk amount purchased from our shop, for the following reasons:

• Number of days to return the received product:
  • UAE orders: 5 days
  • Global orders: 10 days
• The amount of purchase must exceed 500grams.
• The quality of the provided product is not matching the samples exhibited to the buyer.
• There is proof of impurity, confirmed by an official lab test.
• The buyer have not opened the delivered box nor the box is damaged.

In simple terms We won’t ask why, That means you may return your order for the mentioned reasons. The order should look like the first day you receive it.

Please NOTE: That the refund for the returned packages will take place as soon as we receive the package.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Qoffood.com (Queen of Flowers), keeping the following in mind:

• Shipping Fee are Non Refundable.
• You should return the item to us within maximum of 10days after your delivery date.
